Cancellation of Subscription
- Users can cancel or delete their subscription to the OurJourney Matrimony app at any time.
- To Delete your profile, please go to the Profiles and select manage profile and follow the instructions for profile deletion.
- When a user deletes their profile, they will no longer have access to our services, even if they had an active subscription.
Refund Policy
- All payments made for subscriptions or Package are non-refundable, either in full or in part.
- Payments cannot be adjusted for other services or transferred to another user.
- Your membership with OurJourney is for your personal use only.
- You cannot authorize others to use your membership or transfer or share your account to anyone else.
Modification of Policy
We reserve the right to update and modify this cancellation and refund policy periodically without any notice to you. However, users are encouraged to review it periodically for any changes. You will always find the latest version on our cancellation and refund policy page. Your continued use of the OurJourney app signifies your acceptance of the updated cancellation and refund policy.
